I belong to an online group that creates LMAO's--land mail art objects. That is art that can be posted by snail mail anywhere on this lovely planet. When I am making art I find myself in a very relaxed zone. If not art, I love books-- reading is so relaxing. When I finish a book it is so tempting to alter it and convert into another art form, kind of like the English Patient.
