Why?

Why do clothing makers create white shirts and sweaters that you can see someone's bra through? Why? Just why?

I have yet to find a good white shirt for work that doesn't reveal the equally as white undergarment beneath. Is this acceptable? You would think that these two things would blend together, but no. Never.

Can you tell that I am ready for Saturday?

You can try wearing a flesh-colored undergarment under a white shirt. It works better than a white undergarment.

From a male point of view, flesh-colored undergarment stinks... It's so grandma's! I recommend any other way...

No way, flesh colored bra is a serious must for ladies who wear thin or light colored tops. It is the only thing for under white shirts. And I would think males would A) appreciate a woman who dresses herself well and B) appreciate it if he got to see her in any undergarments. Besides, they make flesh colored bras in lots of lovely styles now.

yes, flesh colored.

Go with the white shirt but just slap a bumper sticker on your chest that says, "If you can read this... you're too close!" Or go with the Yosemite Sam "Back Off" mudflaps.

No, no, don't thank me... I like helping people.

I wear a lot of camisoles. I have one that doesn't show itself under clothes very starkly at all, it's sort of lacy at the top and cream-colored.

i wear a flesh colored camisole under all my white shirts. works great.

also, getting a flesh colored tank/camisole is cheaper than buying a nice flesh colored bra. i had one from H&M that i got for like $5 and wore forever. my bras on the otherhand are like $30 each.

I have a flesh colored bra from the Very Sexy collection from Victoria's Secret that I love. I always wear flesh colored bras under white.

Oooooh...I thought they made the white shirts intentionally thin so that you could show off the pretty bright colored bras. Why else pay $30+ for "foundation garments"?

calla--all of the above but I like matt's suggestion the best.

I highly recommended men's A shirts, more commonly know at "wife beaters". I wear one under everything. I find that they keep me warm and, when woren with a racerback bra or sports bra, make most shirts look better. Especially shirts that seem too short. Plus they are comfy!
