We had legal entry to the yard. Many photographs were taken with my Elph stuck through fence links (okay, so this is when tiny cameras and small wrists come in handy). All fences/no trespassing signs/snarling dogs were respected.

I absolutely love the Navy Yard stuff! And yes, I've been checking in ever since the last Navy post (looooove the cats). I can't remember how I found your blog, but I'm afraid I might be addicted now.

You go to the coolest places. I want to hang out and look at old stuff and take pics. *sigh* All I got is ice today....yuck.

Oh, I'm sure there are great places like this everywhere-- I even stumbled upon some when I lived in suburbia...ya just gotta look :)

Very nice. Places like the Navy Yard look much cooler in winter, when there's kind of that empty feeling in the air, all the grayness about.
