I'm noticing that your floor is the same as the one in the apartment xtine and myself will be inhabiting soon, only ours is in crappola condition. Any tips on sanding/fixing? Have you ever explored the world of floor refinishing? DIY?

Don't know much about floor finishing...mine came this way. I would think that you would need to sand/strip what is there and then varnish it...but I'm rather retarded with those things. Keep in mind you can always call a comapny and they'll do a FREE estimate. You can learn what needs to be done and then research and do it yourself :)
