I don't know where you've been, corie. Have you heard some of these stories?

ack!!! Not access training! Brain drain for sure (but damn that program has saved my ass before!!!). Good luck...Try not to drool on the keyboard when you give in to the sleepies...

i'm sorry. so sorry.
i sat through a textbook training for FIVE days last week. the only way i got through was to promise myself a nap afterwards every day.

we just discovered that we are in close proximity to kinokuniya, a japanese bookstore that has an entire floor full of asian notebooks, papers, pens, and other delectible office supplies. i can't wait to post the goodies that i've just purchased.
nicole-- i even saw something for you to help you quit smoking-- little cigarette pencils :)

You should have gone with Filemaker. Mildly sick and geek-twisted, but not evil.
Posted by: Scoxx at August 16, 2004 1:18 PM
we have filemaker. it's a long story that i can no longer discuss without raised blood pressure.
Posted by: corie at August 16, 2004 1:22 PM
I use Access all the time and I have had no training. I'm trying to get them to switch to Filemaker Pro too. [pause for contemplation] Damn, I'm a geek.

i just need to learn how to understand them. complex relationals, that is. that's where my geek fails.
Posted by: corie at August 16, 2004 1:36 PM
i haven't sat in front of computer for this long in aeons. it SUCKS.

As a veteran of New Horizons MS Access -Level 1 training, let me just say...um, er, well, truth be told, I've got a hankering to continue my database education by taking Level 2. Is that truly so wrong?
Posted by: jeff at August 16, 2004 3:15 PM
mu-hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!
I'm a bit of an Access geek myself. Not the most intuitive interface, eh?
Posted by: jane at August 16, 2004 3:28 PM
i'm oddly enjoying this. but really just want a beer and some cookies.
Posted by: corie at August 16, 2004 3:32 PM
speaking of cookies, where are my cookies.
at least they let you have internet access.
Posted by: tien at August 16, 2004 4:09 PM

Posted by: nicole at August 17, 2004 2:41 AM
