We Have Contact

Last night I looked up from my book to find Olive and Irving in an odd position. Oybean was sitting normally (Sphinx-style) and Olive was on her back, her head between his paws, so that they were nose to nose. In a moment of panic, I thought to myself Oh shit, he has her in a headlock! but then quickly realized that he was licking her. Awww. My little momma's boy was preening his sister. It doesn't get much cuter than that.
In that adorable moment, Olive looked her big brother in the eyes and reached up with her little black padded paw, touching his nose. Irving promptly smacked her upside the head and the rumpus began once more.

your cats get along! remember, though, they have a lot more apartment space plus outside space than mine do. mine don't really have a choice but to cohabitate.

Aw! Chris, it was Pinky who initiated the love for Max, so maybe with some time she would have won over your guys, too. Female influence. It looks like Olive is trying to nurse in that top pic! :-)

pinky and my cat decatur got along pretty well. it's these damn male cats we have here, they're just too macho to be nice i guess.

Heck no! I was hoping you'd post the videos you mentioned in a previous post. I love cats and since I cannot have one where I live, I have to experience them vicariously through you. :)

Will the kids ever be listed on Catster.com(when it opens)?
Olive looks a lot like my friend's cat, Emma. Emma has pretty much stayed kitten-size as she's gotten older.

I have a friend whose cat stayed kitten sized, too. That would be pretty funny, as Irving is the size of a 12-serving turkey.
