Happy Bloomsday!

It is probably just the first one you noticed.

My father's hair went completely gray in his mid 20s. He dyed it until he was almost 40. My parents were really good about keeping that a secret. I didn't know he was using dye until after he died.

So, finding a gray hair doesn't mean you are getting old. It's where you find it that determines that. :P

one? that's not too bad. is it visible?

Posted by: tien at June 16, 2004 10:38 AM

ya know, i swear that i've been seeing a lot of young women recently who appear to have purposefully dyed their hair gray. it may just be the result of over-stripping their hair but at any rate there's a lot of hipsters with artifically-grayed hair out there. maybe you should jump on the bandwagon and dye the rest of ya head.

Hey, if it's on your head, count your blessings. I started going gray elsewhere about fifteen years ago, about ten years before my first gray head hair appeared. What this says about me, I'm not sure.

What is this clubhouse that Sean is talking about?

Posted by: Jason at June 16, 2004 12:27 PM

Sean-- if you want it there, put it there.

Jay-- it's the wiki

Yes, it was a gray hair on my head. I thought it was a sun enduced blonde one at first, but it wasn't and it was quickly plucked.

Velma-- that reminds me of that Sex in the City episode when Samantha tries to dye her elsewhere grays...
