That cicada looks panicked... like it forgot to buy a wedding present.

Most unhelpful thing I read about cicadas and weddings is not to panic if one lands on you because they don't bite - unless they mistake you for a tree and try to suck out the sap or lay eggs in you.

I dunno about you, but that puts me back to square one and to the freaking out paranoia!

I was the only one who encountered a cicada issue-- one flew right into my eye. Other than that, you could hear them but they mostly stayed out of sight and in the trees.
