I wonder who keeps stealing West 16th Street's flowers? They're certainly not happy about it. Perhaps it's a love struck Xavier student, looking to impress their beau. Where I come from, however, the thief would probably be a squirrel.

who would steal flowers out of a flower box, anyway? it looked like someone dug them out, too-- not just picked them.
