Y'All Know Me So Well
Special thanks to the myriad of friends and family (especially Rachelle and Dad) who alerted me to Lilly, the four-eared kitten from southern Germany.
Lilly needs a home. If I lived closer, I would surely adopt her, particularly because she might make Irving feel a bit less freakish. Anyone want to fly out to Germany and retrieve her for me?

damn, if only we'd planned this better. MRK's ladyfriend from Berlin just flew in yesterday. she coulda grabbed the cat. i wonder if the gene mutation that created 4 ears is the same basic agent that gives cats extra toes.

Drat! I'm not sure about the gene mutation, but I do wonder how acute her hearing is-- could be a good mouse catcher. Speaking of which, my office is currently overrun with rats.
