Serendipitous?
My cat barfs a lot. He just does; there's nothing I can do about it.
This morning, when my ears picked up the (now very familiar) sounds of feline retching, I turned to find Irving heaving over the newspaper pile. Closer inspection (post regurgitation) revealed that my little bulimic kitty had purged all over Bush's State of the Union Address.
Now that's a smart cat.

Give Irving a big hug for me! He is way smarter than I thought...his response is so appropriate! MOM

If only I could train him to aim that way all of the time!

now, if you could get him to open up the pages of the paper and find all news related to bush and repeat his actions, i would be very impressed.

Perhaps I should start cutting out all Republican-related news articles and using them as kitty litter instead of my current organic Feline Pine litter...

i know exactly what you mean about the sounds - when i hear that in the morning, i immediately kick my cat off the bed and make sure he's on the wood flooring - sooo much easier to clean up.

my cat barfed on my coat yesterday. i am unsure of what political statement he was trying to make.

Mine almost always aims for the rug. Actually, ALWAYS. Which cat, Jimmy Legs? I hope it wasn't Pinky. She's much too demure for that.

an awful lot of people couldn't wait until it hit the papers the next day

It's nice to have a positive spin on Irvings chronic vomitting. I'm very lucky that Tahsha doesn't not barf. So far she has no problems that involve staining any of my rugs or furniture. Unless you count her shaking "Oti Clean" (?) from her ears all over the couch and G's sweater every time we have to clean them.

Gwenny's last barf landed right in the cup of my girlfriend's bra. She's such a jealous bitch.
