Words cannot express how entertained I was by the recent defacement of iPod ads in the West 4th Street subway station.
Somebody with access to various colored circle stickers managed to match the background colors of the ads, adding nipples to each silhouette. I wasn't able to snap a picture of the posters before people began peeling the nipples off, so I've quickly recreated the effect above.

that's too funny. why would people remove the stickers? do you think it was ipod people?
hmm, i've never seen stickers in that color. i can see someone doing it in photoshop and then printing them though.

the stickers were in bright green and bright pink, i think. perhaps they wore off with time...for the first few weeks they went untouched. i'm really regretting not getting an actual picture-- the two times that i go through that station (about 8am and 6pm) are too busy to stop without someone stepping on or yelling at you.
