Photo Fun

strip1.jpgstrip2.jpgAll righty...let's see, where are we.

My bloggin' has been a bit spotty as of late, partially because I've been too tired to write and partly because our DSL kicked out yesterday in preparation for my move.

Yes! MOVE...which should be Wednesday...and if it isn't, I think I might simply die. But anyway...

On Friday night Will, Christine, Sean and I saw the New Yorkers at BAM. It was pretty interesting. I liked the visuals a lot and got into most of the music, though some of the pieces did push my appreciation for "innovative music and art" a little too far to the left.

The underpinning of the performances was the power of the city's collective unconscious, which wa really cool. But I definitely was partial to the new media/visuals.

The best part of the entire evening, however, was the $1 black and white photo booth in the BAM lobby. It was there as part of the Andy Warhol reptrospective. Perhaps I haven't mentioned that I love black and white photo booths. My dream is to have one in my living room.

Anyway, we all had a good time playing around in the booth. I'd like to get back there before the show closes tomorrow, but we'll see. I've been quite busy being exhausted and compulsively packing things.

I love your black and white photo booth strips. If you get a black and white photo booth in your living room, I'll visit regularly with funny hats and good mac and cheese. That's all one needs for a party anyway. :)

Thanks! I'm thinking about taking a little trip there this evening when I get off work. I wanted to do a sock monkey portrait...
