Stencil Revolution

stencillogo.gif

Those who've spent extended periods of time with me know that I have always had an obsession with street art and graffiti. Lately I have been transfixed by stencil art. I'm drawn to the graphical nature of the images (I've always loved graphic art) and am blown away at how complex some of them are. In essence, stencil art is urban silkscreen, and I think it's mad cool.

I've been working on a few stencils of my own...but, since they're not nearly finished, check out Stencil Revolution for some great images and clear, helpful tutorials on creating, cutting and painting/spraying stencils.

Hello. I'm doing a zine related to sticker and stencil art and I'd like to know if you'd contribute any of your stencil work to be shown in PEELzine.
