Kids are Loud

train2.jpg

After a tri-borough day yesterday (Bklyn-Qns-Manhattan-Bklyn) that ran from 8:30am til nearly 8:00pm, I opted for working at home. Surprisingly, I am getting things done.

Lesson Learned: Middle school students, when leaving for the day, are LOUD. Yelling SHUT UP from your living room makes it worse.

Take it from someone who has spent a LOT of time with middle school students - telling them to shut up is like pouring gasoline on a fire...

Yup. I should have known better. I'm not allowed to yell "shut up" at them at work...
