A Little Ley in the Morning

Thank goodness my office obtained Olga Ley's 1974 "best seller," Keep Moving: Easy Workouts for Figure Control (The Dial Press, New York). After all, how would I know how to present myself...er...I mean...stretch my lower back in the shower?
How this wound up in an educational non-profit library, I do not know, though I assume that some one was discretely trying to rid themselves of it.
