Empanadas to Go

Have I mentioned that I love empanadas? Have I noted that it's 9:19am and my tummy is growling thinking about them?

After reading tigerbunny's blog on lard this morning...and after being subjected to the Food Network by my mother last night, my stomach guided me on a web quest for the four recipes of Food 911's Empanadas to Go episode:

1. Potato & Chorizo Empanadas
2. Green Chile Chicken & Queso Empanadas
3. Mashed Avocado with Lime
4. Chocolate-Banana Empanadas

¡Dios mío! Sounds so good that I could drown in saliva.
If only we had a cooktop installed in the kitchen!
